The Laminar Flow Hood provides a downward flow of clean air over the work surface, protecting the “parts” located within the hood. Room air is pulled over the front lip and into the hood’s work surface, providing operator protection. Both the down flow and inflow of air are exhausted through the sump of the hood and out the rear exhaust plenum.
