We are a custom manufacturer specializing in non-metallic polypropylene casework for laboratories and other applications with corrosive environmental conditions. Our cases are designed to meet or exceed standards for corrosion and contamination issues in all types of laboratory settings. We offer a number of different standard case configurations which are then modified and customized to meet the specific needs of the application at hand.
Options include number of drawers, number of doors, sliding or glass doors, tall or standard height, knee spaces (with back panels), and wall cabinets. Cabinets are available in three polypropylene colors: white, black, or natural, with continuously welded joint construction and non-metallic hardware throughout. Casework also features an integral hinge for added strength. Standard or flame retardant (FR) polypropylene is available. We can supply direct or through our dealer network, and have established relationships with architectural and engineering firms as well as laboratory manufacturers. Some applications include universities and local, state, and federal agencies.

The following are just a few of the Inline Scrubber’s many benefits:
Highly effective with all water soluble acids
No moving parts to wear and/or replace
Low water consumption at minimum 8 gallons per hour
Installs directly into existing ducting systems
Two hour average installation time with minimal tools
Allows you to isolate individual hoods or tanks that require pollution reduction
Low initial cost
Low operating cost
Sizes from 8” to 24” with larger sizes available upon request
Uses no packing material to clog or replace

(7) TFI/Inline Design manufactures polypropylene Grease Interceptors, or “Grease Traps”, which are commonly used in the restaurant industry. As a beneficial alternative to either metal or concrete grease interceptors, polypropylene interceptors offer advantages such as ease of installation, corrosion resistance and lighter overall weight. Along with a number of standard sizes available, TFI/Inline Design has the ability to customize grease interceptors to meet the customer’s needs.
